Go through course outline (in syllabus handout) and discuss dates.

Discuss important dates, holidays, dates of quizzes, etc.

Discuss study questions & directed reading. Take these as quizzes, at home and during the first 30 minutes of class. 4 attempts.

Quizzes
Will be taken in class and will be timed. 1 attempt. Last part of class period.

Projects & Grades
One of your grades will be an ongoing project_a book/journal about the history of printing.
Use handouts & what we cover in class. Can be anything from altered books to a slick spiral bound book. I will grade this throughout the semester.
